"Terrible! I’ve been a customer for over 10 years, I was a customer with Tommy Haun for years and years, unfortunately he passed and I got sent to this branch. That’s when my nightmare started. I was told I would need to put someone else on my plan so I could get a multi car discount they never said oh I’m actually going to make this person the OWNER OF YOUR HOME & CAR! I had called them to take him off due to not wanting anyone as a OWNER BESIDES MYSELF. Never once was told they could fix it or would fix it instead they charged me $150 took him off, I called my local State Farm asking that they take my case due to these issues. They finally got my case called me two days after to let me know my home owners insurance was canceled, I had no knowledge of any of this. Mrs. Boltons office not only charged me messed my account up made someone else the owner but they cancelled my home owners insurance?! Like what are you all even doing?! Very unprofessional never once tried to fix any issues only made matters worse. I’m thankful I’m now w another agency that has called me from the start to find out what was going on and what they could do to help me. I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone."

"I had a house fire that required me to live in a rental property while repairs were done. Needless to say, this is very difficult. Whitney at Lindsey Bolton State Farm, called at least weekly to check on us. If there was a concern, she immediately took care of it. During a difficult time, she helped bare the burden. That's what I call above and beyond service!"

"Terrible! I’ve been a customer for over 10 years, I was a customer with Tommy Haun for years and years, unfortunately he passed and I got sent to this branch. That’s when my nightmare started.
